Ning Zhang
Ning Zhang, a German qualified lawyer, focuses on advising international clients, in particular entrepreneurs, shareholders and managing directors in the fields of corporate and employment law.
She has extensive experience from assisting numerous greenfield investment activities as well as M&A transactions of international companies in Germany.
As a native Chinese who has lived in Germany for more than 24 years, she is able to explain complex German legal issues in comprehensible terms and offer constructive solutions for international clients. Her clients particularly benefit from her pragmatic approach and deep understanding of Chinese and German culture, mentality and business behavior.
From 2007 to 2023, she worked for three major international law firms, respectively, in their Frankfurt offices.
She is the founder of the international information platform Smarti-Info.com.
